  • Assembly Technician

    Start pay: $21.50 (Includes shift premium)

    Basic Functions: 

    Assemble seating systems


    Specific Duties: 

    • Assemble seating systems using established procedures and policies and through teamwork in a fast pace environment.
    • Job may require lifting to 30 pounds, moderate amount of twisting, bending, reaching, pushing & pulling, occasional walking, significant hand/eye coordinated movements & fine finger movements for an extended period of time.
    • Accept personal accountability for assignments, and meeting job requirements.
    • Demonstrate, respectful behavior to maintain a positive work environment, meet our customers’ needs, and build a successful organization.
    • Complete assignments/tasks in a timely manner and do your best every day.

    High degree of professionalism, organizational skills, and ability to work effectively with others.

  • Maintenance Technician

    A Maintenance Technician is responsible to support equipment located in weld and assembly and other areas as required. Exceeding customer increasing expectations by providing high quality products and services. Conserve resources as a part of our environment philosophy “Reduce, Reuse, Recycle”. All while committing to continuous improvement, by working in a team-oriented environment, to achieve Setex’s common goals.



    Minimum Requirements:

    • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
    • Must be willing and available to work scheduled shift.
    • Must be willing and available to work full time and overtime as needed.
    • Must be at least 18 years of age.
    • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Repair, rebuild, trouble-shoot equipment to ensure production efficiencies are met consistently.
    • Maintain preventative maintenance schedules.
    • Prioritize and complete multiple projects with minimal supervision and time restraints.
    • Train new and existing personnel as required.
    • Utilize methods of continuous improvement.
    • Stop production if unsafe parts or conditions appear.
    • Other duties as assigned by the Focus Factory Manager.

    Qualifications:

    • 1-4 years prior experience in an industrial environment.
    • Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, robotics, electronics, machining, HVAC, MIG & resistance welding, and CNC machines.

    Education Requirements:

    • Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
